We are all different…and it is the same for coffees ! Colours, tastes, sizes.

Some customers have their regular espresso.  There is this dilemma of how to serve a coffee. We consider that it should be served black as a traditional way.

Coffee & milk is a well known combination, but there are finer ingredients to improve it.

We are not talking about fancy coffees at the moment as Cappucino, Irish Coffee or Mocha…but, just the straight black little cup of café.

So, here is a tip from the Percolator Corner’s Team – when your espresso is ready and served, just add :

  • 1 tea spoon of freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2 tea spoon of  cinnamon powder (to sprinkle on top of your coffee)

the taste and flavour will be second to none. Based on the way the Café Maure is made.
