It is not just a drink, it is more than that.

The smell, the colour, the sweetness or the bitterness according to the coffee beans.

Drinking a coffee should be done the same way as enjoying a good meal or glass of Brandy.

But what is important too is the way it is presented….the finition !

It shouldn’t be rushed…and mainly NOT boiled. The saying goes “boiled coffee – wasted coffee“.

So, to be second to none, the entire crew went to a training session. Was rather interesting to work the texture of the milk and all that jazz.

Shapes and shades were visually incredible…a real discovery for some.  Almost as beautiful as flower arrangements said others on the way back.

Now, it seems that we’ve got the touch…it is like riding a bike – once you know it, you got it for life.
