Over a week ago we published a post regarding our bar stools.

All was fine but for some unknown reasons the delivery didn’t materialize. After calling the company responsible for it, we were informed that their delivery driver who was covering our area was unwell…it meant a “slight” delay.

A couple of us decide to sort out the situation before it goes worse.

So we jumped in our vans and drove to the warehouse to get them “right here – right now” as the song goes.

Problem solved…but frankly we shouldn’t have to do so.

We eventually contacted the Customer Service Department and addressed the situation. A “good will gesture” and we got our delivery refunded plus a free bar stool to compensate the delay. Not bad after all.

But it shows that if you don’t ask, you don’t get.
